Our busy lives

An update on our lives. For those who haven't heard from us in a while...

Nate - He has been working at Convergys - Cisco for 3 1/2  years. After wearing many hats he was officially promoted to a Team Lead position. So he he has been working new hours, nights and some Sunday. It's been hard but he lives this position and us so much happier.

Megan - Was promoted to Assistant Manger at the U of U Research Park location after 6 years and different positions. She is usually spending weekdays working and on Wednesday or Thursdays she is volunteering her time at The Christmas Box Clubhouse with some amazing children who were put in unfortunate lives. So between working, volunteering and family life she has been busy.

Alex - he is almost 2! He is a handful but worth it all! He is communicating well,  super independent and just amazing. He recently got sick with bronchitis and is doing much better. He spends his weekdays at daycare (which is harder and harder on momma), Fridays with Nana and Papa and the weekend as a family. 

We spend our weekends as a family.  We don't see friends or most family a lot anymore since we don't get much time together during weekdays and some weekends now.

We love one another with such an amazing amount of love. It has been hard but it has made us a better family and more thankful for one another. 

So this is our busy lives. We apologies for any distance or cold shoulder people may have felt.  We love you all and hope this helps to understand any questions or concerns.

The New Year

2011 Nathan and I welcome you with open arms. This year is going to be a wonderful one. Our luck has finally turned around and we are excited to accomplish our goals. Some new information with us is Nathan got a job and Converges in the Cisco department. He loves his job, it maybe slow sometimes but he is making friends and gets to catch up on reading books he loves. I am still working at the UFCU as a FT MSR and enjoying it more than I have the past years. I am getting along with everyone and making great friendships along the way. A goal Nathan and I have is to hopefully get into school this year. Nathan and I are still trying to decide what we want to go into. I have some ideas but still am trying to decide but it keeps coming down to Forensic Science or Physiology.  This year Nathan and I will finally be able to get a place of our own. Updates

Our lives updated... So what has happened since our last post. Alex has turned two. He is getting bigger and bigger everyday. He is almost 100% potty trained and he is such a brilliant child. Honestly he is simply amazing. Nate and I are still as busy as ever. I was transfered to the 5th and 5th location as the assistant manager. After my 2nd day there was a change and I was left at my job to run the branch. With my wonderful staff we got our feet planted on the ground and ran with it all. It's been a very busy. Some stressful days but over all I st been a wonderful change.  Their hard work and dedication amazes me. I do not get to see Nate as often as I would like but sometimes we have responsibilities.  Nate works Saturdays so our only full day with one another is Sundays.  We do our best to enjoy every moment we can as a family.
