My little Alexander is finally turning one. My how the time has flown. I cannot believe my eyes that my son, my world has grown so fast. This is the story of when he was born. June 29, 2012 - July 4, 2012 I had been having some contractions for a week. We had gone to the delivery room in hopes that we were going to meet our son. Just to be turned away 2 times because I was not dilating fast enough. The nurses kept telling me that they expect to see me in a few hours because they were certain I was going to be having my son soon. Alex as I now know it was stubborn as hell then as he is now! So I was on some serious medication and still walking like no other. I really think this was the most i have ever walked in the history of my life. Doesn't help that it was 100 degrees outside. I was trying all kinds of methods to induce labor for a whole week. July 5, 2012 So here we are I went to my doctor to see what the heck is going on with me and if i could possibly be induced. So I have been terrible at keeping up to date with this blog. Last time I wrote we just had our son Alex. Alex... Now he is 9 month old! I cannot believe our son is going to be 4 in three months! Where does the time fly. He popped out his first tooth about 5 months ago, started crawling 2 months ago and is now starting to stand without help and walking with one hang against furniture. Also has 4 teeth now! I knew they said that time will flash with a blink of an eye but seriously! He is no longer my little new born. So that is what is new with Alex. Myself... I am still working at the University Credit Union. I love my job now. It really took some time and growing up on my part but now everything is going great and I am finally happy. I just celebrated my 26th birthday yesterday. It has been a month event ha ha. We just came back from Disneyland last week and celebrated it there. However Nate still had given me a gift and took me to Melting Pot. Nate... He is still with Cisco...

So Nathan and I are so thrilled to be having a baby. Of course this wasn't in planned time but it doesn't matter. We are a happy loving family, and lets be honest you are never really officially ready for a baby. They come when they want to come. So on December 12 2011 we will be going in for our first ultra sound and it will be the first time we will be hearing our babies heartbeat! We are so excited for this. We are also hoping for a boy. For those who don't know our family that well my parents have only seven grandchildren and they are all girl. Nathan and I are wanting a boy for my parents sake. So the pressure is on! We will keep you all up to date on this new news! Also along with a child... Nathan and I have both gotten promotions. Nathan has  become the floor lead at his job and number one on the floor with customer service. He is amazing at his job and it it well deserved! I also got a promotion... This year was the 1st year Nate and I haven't gone out of town for the 4th. In 2009 we went to Disneyland and in 2010 we went to WA and OR and it was amazing those 2 years. This year we got the family together and lit off a bunch of fireworks. 100's of dollars worth, this year UT let us do some fireworks that have been illegal in the past. Wahoooo ha ha. It was a blast having Nate light them off with our nieces and blow things up. Along with that my parents stayed out and watched them too. So here are some pictures to check out from that day.
